I tried to follow the instructions on the letter which stated, "Report directly to outpatients level 1 reception desk", except no one could tell me where this desk was. In fact I was told there was no such desk! After a few false starts, wandering around, up and down stairs, etc. I found my way to the right place. Not a good start, but luckily everyone I encountered tried to be helpful.
