"The team did not read from a script, but took the time to be 'family friends'"

About: Birmingham Hospice – Erdington

(as a relative),

Mum had a long term illness and I think that all of the family realised the end of the story.

Elaine, Liz and the rest of the team did not read from a script, but took the time to be 'family friends'. They always appeared to be on the end of the phone and then at our house within an hour.
