"My stay in Hastings Sanctuary Service"

I tried to kill myself in March but did not die. Crisis team from Sanctuary Service took me to the Hastings Sanctuary Service for rest and treatment. I came back home from Sanctuary and the Sanctuary team and Crisis team has become a very important help and huge part of my life.

It helped me so much to come back to my life again. All staff were very helpful. Atmosphere was good. Very quiet and peace environment. Crisis team was amazing. They came to see me and talk to me nearly everyday. I found my stay very useful and learning everyday something.

I still do not feel great but I know I am getting better. All I want to be is to be useful. Thank you so much again for your great support to me.
