(as a service user),

I have had care for quite some time. I can rise in the morning knowing someone very pleasant and very capable is coming to help me. Also at night to undress and take off my stockings and get ready for bed.

I would really struggle without the help I get.

Thank you very much for your kind comments. I'm pleased to note you find the care staff pleasant and capable of supporting you with some aspects of your self care.
