"Everything has be great at the women's group"

The group has been really fun and I have really enjoyed myself. Before the group I did not get out much and now I have more friends and feel better, it has been good getting to know everyone and travelling with them to the group. We did some really good activities at the group l liked them all but I especially liked seeing the animals at the garden centre and the beads we made in the group. I have learnt about looking after myself and healthy eating in the group and I like to make myself healthy dips and snacks at home to nibble on. We made a worry box that I use to write down all the things that worry about so I can talk about them with my friends or key worker. Everything has be great at the group I now get out more with my new friends and the staff have been very good, they helped me with personal stuff and I feel confident talking to them.
