I have had care provided by this company for two year.
My regular carers provided excellent care. But unfortunately the carers never stayed with the company, they always left. It was impossible to talk to the coordinator and when I did get to talk to them I felt I was not told the truth.
I feel that the social services were lied to, and this means I have received notice that Mersey Care have stopped the care package. I am disgusted that this has happened.
