Surgery went well and I woke feeling so starving we all had chuckle including doctor and nurses. Great company and really should have had no worrys brilliant Dr and nurses x

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear dee McMillan,

One of our senior manager would like to share your post with the specific team members if possible. If I could encourage you to contact me and give me your details, this will let us pass your gratitude and sentiments directly to those who cared for you on the day. Should you choose not to contact us, that is absolutely fine, we will still share this widely. I am contactable on 01563 826222 and at eunice.goodwin@aapct.scot.nhs.uk.

Once again, thank you for your lovely post.
