I felt Carol at Antonine health centre went out of her way to provide emotional support to me as a new mum when dealing with uncontrolled symptoms in my baby and challenges with other health professionals.

I feel that I can phone/attend without judgement and receive an honest consultation. Her clinical knowledge/expertise is obvious.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of the care and support you received from Carol your Health Visitor. I am pleased that you found the Health Visiting service to be supportive and you were well looked after.

I have shared your lovely comments with Carol, who would like to pass on her thanks. We are very fortunate to have a team of Health Visitors that are dedicated and compassionate, it is so nice for them to see this recognised.

I have also passed your post onto our Head of Nursing and the Service Manager so they are aware of your experience and will also share it with the Health Visitor Teams.
