(as a carer),

I play a small part in looking after my wife and her mental illness. I could not thank everyone who has helped me and my wife through some difficult times, but the service offered and provided has been excellent.

Quick appointments, call backs, honest answers, in general a service that works.

My thanks to all at Leeds Crisis Team Services, and all the support staff that have carried us both forward..

Thank you for taking the time to share you and your wife's recent experience of mental health services. I was pleased to hear your wife received excellent care by the Leeds Crisis Team, in particular quick appointments and responding to you via the telephone.

We shall pass your comments on to the staff at the Leeds Crisis Team and let them know how supportive they have been to you both at this difficult time.
