About: West Middlesex University Hospital

We have needed to visit the urgent care unit at West Mid twice in the last few months with our little girl. On both occasions the staff made us feel respected and empathised. Considering how busy they were we never felt rushed or that our concerns weren't real.

I'm sure one day we'll have a not so great experience but for now all i can say is that they have been amazing even under the pressures they are under

Thank you for your feedback about our staff at the Urgent Care Centre (UCC) based at West Middlesex Hospital. The UCC is separate from West Middlesex Hospital’s A&E department and is run by Hounslow and Richmond Community Health Care NHS Trust. I will share your feedback with the team as I am sure they would be keen to hear that their work is appreciated.
