"The care and attention I have received today, beyond spectacular"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Audiology

(as the patient),

I was fitted with Oticon streamer today and I can only thank Janet and Alison at Crosshouse Hospital Audiology dept for their kindness and tutorial, which was given with patience and understanding. As a 75 year old and quite a technophobic they really have opened a new chapter in my life and I want to broadcast my thanks and appreciation to them and all staff in that dept.
