"My experience with practice"

I joined Dr Bell's practice in July 2015 as we were new to the neighbourhood.

I'm 63 yrs of age and found it quiet a daunting thought to meet a new Dr & be part of a new practice having been many years in my previous one.

I am very happy to say that it has been an excellent experience from my first inquiry with the lovely receptionist, my first visit (& few more since) with nurse Yvonne to my first visit (& many more) with Dr Patterson. Reception staff for treatment room & my visit recently with the phlebotomist.

I have always had the feeling of being listened to, my thoughts on what I feel is happening to me etc being respected.

Long my this my partnership with the surgery continue.
