"no information about my father's condition"

About: Wexham Park Hospital

(as a relative),

Hi

I have my father in Wexham Park hospital (unfortunetly)from 4 weeks now.

I can complaint for everything.

He is in very bad condition and looks like nobody is interesting to help him.

He has been discharged from Ward11 without possibility of eating and drinking. Next day we have to come back to hospital.

EVERY DAY WE NEED TO ASK ABOUT ANY INFORMATION REGARDS HIS CONDITION.

Dear Tamara

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry that you feel no one is helping your father, and that we haven't got things right for you both. Ideally it would be best if you could speak with the Senior Ward Sister Jackie Howes to raise your concerns and she will help you. If you don't feel you can talk to anyone on the ward I would be very grateful if you could contact our PALs team at Wexham Park on palswexhampark@fhft.nhs.uk or 01753 633365. The PALs office, which you will find opposite the Chapel, is also open from 9am-5pm and you could pop in there directly to talk through your concerns.

We look forward to hearing from you very soon

Kind Regards

Claire Marshall
