(as a parent/guardian),

My son was resently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. All the staff from the A&E department, children's ward and the specialist diabetes team were very supportive. Thank you for making a difficult time more bearable. We were able to go on our holiday as planned and can not thank you enough for the excellent care we received
