"Care during bladder tumour removal"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / General surgery Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Oncology unit

(as a relative),

My mum received excellent and dedicated care from all of the staff at the Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert, Scotland, this month (August 2015). The speed of care from initial diagnosis to an operation to remove the tumour was fantastic, and at ever stage in the process, everyone from Consultants, to Nurses, to Anaesthetists, to Health Care Assistants were professional, introduced themselves, explained what would happen clearly, were considerate and made my mum feel well cared for and that she remained in control of her treatment. Things simply could not have been better.

I will feedback to the team your kind words, as it is always rewarding for the staff when they are recognised and thanked for their hard work and commitment.

I hope that your mum is recovering well from her surgery.
