(as a parent/guardian),

There is plenty of negative comments re TGH, so thought I would post positive feedback about a visit to A&E today.

My son fell at school and sustained a bang and cut to his head, I took him to TGH where he was triaged in approx 5 minutes and then there was lots of consultation, tests and X-rays that followed. All the staff were friendly, approachable, pleasant and importantly were efficient!

Thank you to all in paediatrics.

Many thanks for your feedback about the A&E paediatrics department. The whole team here works hard to make sure that the care given and the environment that children are cared for in is of an exceptional standard.
