"Yet more upset"

About: Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust / Complex care and treatment

(as the patient),

Still receiving an incredibly poor service from Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust (via the complex care and treatment team) and I am literally crying because I am so frustrated with this now.

Yet another member of staff on leave and unable to take my call and, either I'm incredibly unlucky on that front because just about everyone who deals with me seems to have a turn at being on holiday when I call, or they are blatantly avoiding me. They're actually probably making me more ill rather than doing anything to make me feel better. I really have had enough of this "service".

I am so disappointed and I'm not even capable of complaining about it anymore because the stress of the bureaucracy of it all is just too draining and I haven't the energy.

Supposedly being referred to some thrid party, waiting lists galore, though nobody can elaborate, as I say, until yet another team member comes back off their holiday. It is taking far too long to see me.
