What could be improved

I had to go to A and E. After a very long wait in which there were people literally screaming in pain I got seen by a doctor who did no tests and basically said I was fine. Not a single test was done. In the end I collapsed two days later and thankfully ended up in a different hospital where I was actually given time and attention. I was admitted for four days in the second hospital and am upset that they missed the pretty obvious problems at St Thomas'

Anything else?

Proper examination of the patients is required!
