I wanted to send a message regarding my experience on ward 24, second floor, St James Hospital, Leeds recently. My care was under Mrs Catherine Hayden. I received excellent care from kind, caring and professional staff on a newly refurbished ward that was spotless and had a restful, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I was so impressed and could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you all very much.
