(as the patient),

I had an Appointment with the doctor on Friday as I had problems breathing. I had my left \kidney out last October through Cancer and It seems the Kidney I have left is not working properly. So the Doctor made the earliest appointment for me at LLandock Hospital and the Earliest Appointment Is the same day as my appointment with you. Is there any way you could give me another appointment Earlier Or Later on the same day. Or could you make a new appointment as soon as possible. I am very sorry for this inconvenience for you as I now you are so busy.
