I've been waiting for a new hip for over 18 months an then to be told the procedure was to be prolonged again I was furious after a few complaints to Nevill Hall an a demand for a second opinion I was sent over to Emerson Green in Bristol.
Oh my word what a difference the hospital its self is absolutely superb, spotlessly clean. The staff are out of this world an if you get the opportunity to have treatment here you will be in the best possible care I've seen in a long time.
I would just like to thank all the staff for being so caring an professional even down to the cleaning staff you guys need a medal? ? Yours faithfully.
