"Seems like such a little thing but made such a big difference to me"

About: Dewsbury Health Centre / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I wanted to let you know how lovely James was when I had my feet done at the podiatry clinic. This is not the first time I’ve been to the clinic but the experience was different. When James realized I was partially sighted he told me exactly what he was going to do before he did it, told me when he had finished that bit of the treatment and what he would be doing next. Because of this I felt much more relaxed and happier about getting my feet done. It seems like such a little thing but made such a big difference to me.

Hi Head 370

Thank you for sharing your visit to our podiatry service. It is really lovely to read you felt relaxed and happy, that James chatted to you through your whole experience. I agree little things do make a big difference when providing a customer service. I will share your post with James and the team, thanks again for posting.
