My partner took ill on holiday in the Malverns last week and needed an ambulance. The service was just excellent from start to finish. Ambulance staff wonderful. A and E department very very busy but we were not left alone for a moment. Such lovely staff. Nursed in the corridor but no problem at all as our visit turned out not to be an emergency. All I can do is praise those staff who worked so hard. Well done all of you!
