I have spent about 45 minutes on the phone to get in touch with the cardiology department to find out the doctors response regarding exercise test which was not done yesterday because of high bp. I went through the switch board again i was to leave message which i have done but overall it is impossible to get somebody on the phone to talk and explain. I wish that one of you should try one day to get in touch with the department and see how long it takes to get some satisfaction. This is not the first time this has happened. Even before I had spent more than 1 hour to get to the right person.
