This lady has commented on a number of services used in the past year.
GP – constantly changing nurses for COPD check – build a rapport then they change. Sometimes can’t have appointment because there is no nurse. In the past, the reception staff have caused a lot of problems, but now they are all excellent.
Tameside Hospital – hearing clinic quite good.
St Mary’s, Manchester – staff in nuclear medicine excellent.
Manchester Royal – clinic C staff absolutely wonderful. Consultant has recently changed, so a little worried – hope he is fine.
