About: Stafford Hospital Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

At Stafford hospital they had very good service with helpers at the front desk to guide you the correct way. When it came to checking in there was no waiting around. Staff were nice and polite and the shop had a good variety for everyone. WHS and the food café were a brilliants idea and I have never seen them in other hospitals before.
