I was impressed with the confidentiality and punctuality. I would have preferred to continue a bit longer with the session. I found they stopped suddenly when I benefited from them and I could have benefited further.

Thank you for this valuable feedback. We are pleased you found the service to be confidential and punctual.

In a bid to improve access to our services, so that we can provide more appointments to more people, our appointments are fairly brief – about 30 minutes each. We acknowledge that sometimes people need more time and more appointments. In such instances, our colleagues working in another partner organisation are able to provide longer appointments – about an hour each. Therefore whenever necessary we can arrange for people to work with these colleagues.
