I am saddened to read some of these comments as my experience has been quite different. My husband was admitted following a road accident with two broken legs and a broken arm. The care he received in A&E, ward 3B and theatres from all staff was good and the kindness that we were shown was exceptional. He has now been transfered to our local hospital but we shall always be grateful to the staff at Pilgrim for all they did for us both.
