About: City Health Care Partnership CIC / Minor injuries units

(as the patient),

This service is very good and the community I feel to help the main A&E department.

They should have an 8 bedded unit that can do regular observation (I. e. blood pressure, blood sugar) this well A&E all over UK.

Thank you Verbal 24 for taking the time to post such an opinion.

Our staff work hard to offer a professional and caring service which meets the needs of all our local community. It is also nice when this is recognised.

Thank you for your suggestion of adding an 8 bedded unit, however this is not possible at htis time due to space and the way the service is commissioneed.

We strive to continually improve our services and believe all feedback we receive is valuable in helping us to do so.

Your opinion has been passed on to all the staff within the Minor Injury Unit who will be pleased to read such lovely comments.
