What I liked

I am writing to offer the highest praise for the treatment I recently received at North Tyneside General Hospital.

On 6th August I had the misfortune to fall in Tynemouth causing severe injuries to my nose. The paramedics attended swiftly and treated me with dignity and respect. I received emergency treatment at North Tyneside Hospital, despite having severe injuries I remember that I was treated with great kindness and respect.

the doctor on duty was exceptional, my injuries looked really horrific but he took great care to ensure me and my sister were not caused any further trauma. He ensured that I was transferred to a specialist unit at another hospital.

I do not feel I could have received better care anywhere.
