About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Gynaecology (Ward 32)

(as the patient),

I went into Ward 32 for hysteroscopy and Mirena coil. Absolutely everyone I encountered from preadmission, to Dr Bollapragada and another lady doctor whose name I can remember, the nursing staff, the theatre staff (particularly Leanne who sat with me in recovery) were absolutely wonderful. So kind to me it was amazing. I was very anxious. I love how everyone even the lovely Dr Bollapragada treats you with kindness, respect and listens to you. I have only praise for everyone involved in my treatment and my sincere thanks for your kindness and care. I had previously had an awful time on a different ward and was scared to go back to this hospital. I need not have worried, chalk and cheese! Thank you for taking care of me.

It’s wonderful to know that Dr Bollapragada, the medical team, our nursing staff, theatre staff, and especially Leanne in recovery were able to support you and help ease your anxiety throughout your treatment.
