"The overall treatment and aftercare was excellent"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I arrived at the Day Surgery Unit for my procedure. I was greeted by the clerical staff who then referred me to one of the nursing staff.

I was given a room to wait in and the nurses that I saw were very caring. The questionnaire was completed and I had to then wait for the surgeon to see me. The procedure was explained to me by him while I waited to go into theatre.

The overall treatment and aftercare was excellent.
