"They didn't ask how I was"

I’m a new mum, I had to go back into ward 22 to get C-Section wound treated. As I got there I felt I wasn’t treated with much respect or basic care for a patient even though they have a duty of care.

I spoke with a soft voice as I’m already filled with anxiety due to the way I’ve been treated in the past in this hospital. They didn’t ask how I was or just said that they were busy and I'd be seen at some point.

I was only trying to ask and make time for my new born baby feeds. I was spoken to such with little care or compassion I felt so embarrassed and isolated.
