"Thank you for all you do"

I attended York A&E recently, I was there from approx midday until early evening, the whole time I was there they was a young man working in the waiting area assisting the doctors, doing observations and offering tea and coffee. He was working alone the whole time I was there and nothing was too much trouble for him he was kind and compassionate he had a lovely friendly nature I unfortunately didn’t take his name but I would imagine the department can check who was on shift this day to pass on my praise.
