Was quite nervous going for a colonoscopy at QM Dunfermline but from the moment I arrived till I was discharged I was cared for and looked after by the staff wonderfully.
From the start Gemma stayed by me the whole time, taking my stats, explaining what was going to happen and staying and chatting with me during the procedure.
The endoscopist, Michael, was wonderful and explained everything he was doing throughout and his cheerful demeanour put me at ease.
The other nurses Mary and Kashia were fabulous too. Thank you for your care. See you in three months.
