"Gastroscopy and colonoscopy"

Nervous - things took off at a fast rate from seeing GP to being referred and getting appointment.  In truth not the most pleasant experience but I did not have sedation only gas and air the staff were friendly and professional. 

The gastroenterologist gave a verdict there and then, thankfully nothing of critical concern but a requirement for lifelong medication.  This was very reassuring.  I was referred on for a CT scan as it appeared I had a hernia too.  That was also done quickly.
