(as the patient),

I just want to write about the fantastic care I received in ward 2 Hairmyres … everyone involved in your care has a smile to make you feel welcome at such a vulnerable time, from the girl that brings you breakfast, the gentleman that made sure my room was left spotless .. and fantastic nursing care was just outstanding .. kept me up to date with every step of my care, tests, explained what it all meant .. Outstanding care 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Yes I know the NHS is on its knees … but my let us praise it also …thank you from the bottom of my heart everyone and carry on just all being you … smashing team work .. hugs

Your praise for the nursing team and all the staff behind the scenes is a wonderful reminder of why we do what we do. Even in challenging times, feedback like yours lifts spirits and reinforces the importance of compassion and teamwork.
