Recently I went for bloods and Pauline was the lady who called me. She was fabulous. I have terrible veins and it can take take quite a few attempts with sometimes a few members of staff. But Pauline got me first time. It was great and she was lovely. So nice and friendly and put me at ease. Her customer service was 10/10 and her at her job to. Great member of staff you have there
