"Their kindness was appreciated"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Neurology

(as a service user),

Just attended a Neurology Clinic as an outpatient, level 9B of the Royal Group Hospitals. While there I was greeted and looked after by two of the friendliest, most kind staff I've come across. And I work in healthcare.

Both Charlotte and  Jonathan were absolutely lovely, so smiley and welcoming, I just wanted to make sure they know their kindness is appreciated.
