"I can't thank the team enough"

(as the patient),

I am in my 30s and just come out of Fairfield hospital stroke ward 5 fantastic staff-so great.  Sister Lisa, Simone and Dr Banza was a real character.  All the physio ladies and everyone was just super friendly making me feel at ease when deep down I was nervous as hell!! Honestly can’t thank the team there enough they were very, very friendly an made things so much better it felt personal rather than just another patient. 

Ambulance crew from when I moved from north Manchester to Fairfield also great and faultless for the whole thing.  I know the NHS gets some flack but I wouldn’t be at home so quick without what they did for me
