I am a live in carer. I brought my client for an injection and Brain Scan. Prior to that date my client was very anxious and scared of coming to the hospital.
I don't know the experience he had in the past. He attempted to cancel the appointment several times but I kept reassuring him that all will be fine. I drove him down and when it was time for him to be attended to, Louise who was the nurse on duty made him feel very comfortable and he enjoyed the whole process. She also explained all I need to know about radioactive.
She was so nice and professional and my client went home happy. My Client couldn't thank her enough.
