"Impressive emergency care"

I came into accident and emergency mid November feeling very poorly after a cystoscopy the day before.  I had received the treatment up in Manchester but was down in Luton the day after.  The reception staff (despite being under intense pressure from a lot of patients) sorted out my situation, and after a medium wait was seen by nursing staff for initial tests and samples.  After a further half an hour I was despatched up to a surgical ward where came under the supervision of Urology Department.  The consultant diagnosed an infection and sorted an IV antiobiotic drip for me and I was then discharged the next morning with a supply of oral antiobiotics - and starting to feel a lot better. Overall I must have been seen by about 10 staff at various times who were uniformly supportive, caring and helpful as I was moved around.
