From the start of my journey I felt cared for by the whole team. The Haematology department followed by Oncology,Chemotherapy clinic and Pharmacy embraced me with care and kindness.
At a time when I felt depleted the exceptional care and support has been amazing. When I was attending the Chemotherapy clinic I experienced very professional care and at all times felt safe and surrounded by kindness from every member of the team, on observation they were caring for all their patients and supporting each other, there was very much a feeling of calm.
I have been supported throughout my treatment by two exceptional specialist nurses within the Haematology department, having recently finished treatment they continue to support.
I would like to thank everyone I have met and many behind the scenes I have never met.
