"So pleasant and helpful"

I visited the Audiology Department at Ayr Hospital twice over the last month. I was nervous about the tests and having a hearing aid. I was assisted by Audiologist Giovanni. He was so pleasant and helpful. He immediately put me at ease. I was very impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and his ability to explain things in a way I understood. I am very grateful for the patience and assistance.  My aids are making a huge difference to my life and I've discovered several items that I've owned and used for years that I didn't know made sounds which is quite amusing.
