This wee unit is an absolute gem, the nurses make it their job to remember you if you attend more than once, they are absolutely lovely from the doctors down to the domestic staff, they check in with you and bring tea/coffee or soup you're made to feel at home from the moment you come through the door

My name is Karen, and I am the Assistant Clinical Services Manager for Causeway Acute Ambulatory Unit (AAU). Thank you so much for taking the time to write such positive feedback from your time in AAU.
