About: Lagan Valley Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a relative),

My elderly mother had a fall at home and injured her ankle.  I rang Phone First and was given an appointment for the afternoon at Lagan Valley Urgent Care Centre.

What a fantastic service - in and out within an hour including x-ray! Friendly, informative and reassuring staff.

Special thanks to the Nurse Practitioner for her patient, helpful and reassuring approach with my mum
