Appointment yesterday with Audiology. Brilliant experience. Audiologist was fantastic, kind, helpful, diligent and great at explaining what was wrong, what needed to be done and how to operate, adjust and maintain my hearing aids. Hearing transformed with one visit and all sorted out on the day. Not the first time I owe NHS Lanarkshire a big thank you. I didn’t catch her name but I would appreciate your conveying my heartfelt thanks to someone who takes her work seriously and is quite exceptional at carrying it out.
