My grateful thanks to the GP who saw me recently at Patford Surgery, Calne. I had several issues to discuss and each issue was dealt with very satisfactorily. A referral was made very promptly, in fact before I arrived back home.
The process of making a non urgent appointment has greatly improved and is much easier. Communication with the Surgery has also improved over the last year. Congratulations and thanks.
