I had an appointment in November for eye surgery, and would like to express my gratitude and thanks to all the staff that attended to me. From the start to the finish of my appointment.
I received help, support and kindness, from the admin nurse who greeted me and told me what would be happening, the nurse who checked my blood pressure and offered hot drinks, to the surgeon who knew I was anxious, and spoke to me, reassuring me during the surgery, the theatre nurse who gave extraordinary comfort, making sure I felt fine, and the admin nurse, who not only arranged a taxi to take me home after the surgery, she also came with me to the taxi, making sure I felt fine.
I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me, they are all a credit to the National Health Service.
