"Definitely the worst clinic in my life"

After 20 years, I was forced to use the services of Lewisham Partner, specifically GP Honor. Definitely the worst clinic in my life, and I have used GP services in a number of other countries.

I am a patient with many serious health problems. I often have to stay in the hospital. Over the past year, I have been hospitalized nine times. Each time, upon discharge, a post-hospital care instruction was sent to the Honor Hospital clinic.

For over three months, the clinic has not been following the hospital's medical recommendations and is even questioning the decisions of the hospital doctors. They are not prescribing medications or performing blood tests.

Previously, I had one doctor who cared for me, now a different one calls me every time. Making a face-to-face appointment is a dream. All I have to do is access my patient registry. Outdated health results are being entered. The administration sees no problem.
